CVPC MISSION STUDY REPORT
Buildings and Grounds
Goal #1: Maintain our buildings and grounds to be attractive and useful.
Objectives (1-3 yrs)
- Repair the sanctuary doors.
- Renovate the existing kitchen facilities.
- Repair and renovate Fellowship Hall
- Purchase signage stating our times of service
Objectives (4-7 yrs)
- Add air conditioning to the administrative building.
- Expand the parking lot.
- Design and construct a Memorial Garden.
Goal #2: Continue to make our facilities available to the community for special activities and events.
Objectives (1-3 yrs)
- Purchase moveable room dividers/functional furniture to utilize Fellowship Hall for classroom and meeting space.
Objectives (4-7 yrs)
- Hire a part-time caretaker to open/close facilities for church events, provide setup of rooms for events, and some level of grounds maintenance.
