Rainbow Scarves to General Assembly

Many thanks to Janet Baker for bringing the More Light Churches' scarf project to CVPC and to the knitters and crocheters: 

Becky Anderson, Jill Day, Gail Doering, Janet Doyle, Ric Hicks, Gwen Johnston, Marsha Millar, Rachel Morse, Lynn Olison, Gordon and Grete Ringenberg, Cyndi Sneeringer, Norma Therkelson, Dee Totman, and Jo Anne Zink. 

We will send nearly 50 scarves with Gail on the train to General Assembly!  The same yarn was used by all, but what a wonderful variety of patterns was created.  Janet Edwards, MLP Board Member, writes: "With your work I am certain we will have 500+ scarves to mark GLBT supporters and to spark Spirit-led conversations all over the place at GA."
